MPA '88 Celebrates 20th Year Reunion In Cambridge

Ramon Abaya, Ernesto Garilao, Rosalina Magat, Pastor Lorenzo and Rosario Calderon belong to Class 1988 that celebrated their 20th year reunion on May 16-17. Ernie and Polly Garilao and Chato Calderon were able to join 36 of their classmates in the reunion. American classmates included Richard Douglas, Chantale Wong, John McLaughlin, Colleen Kigin, Deborah Koch and others. Others are Jesper Kongstad of Denmark, Mike Cassidy and John Burley of Australia, Whaimutu Dewes of New Zealand, Takeo Hirata of Japan, Jorge Melguizo of Ecuador, and Eric Yanka of Ghana. It was a fun time to reminisce good memories and also to see persons who matured with style and elegance after 20 years. Speakers at the reunion event inluded Professor Ronald Heifetz, Dean David Ellwood and former Dean Robert Putnam. Chato Calderon gave a warm introduction to Dean Ellwood at the John F. Kennedy Forum (formerly known as Arco Forum).
